WORKSHOP PROPOSAL
The proposal is to mobilize and let appear in each workshop participant something genuine, that goes through the person in some way, and then work it through different tasks that we will be giving day by day.
The main objective is to focus on the creative moment of each one, to look out of focus and passionately to let appear an essence, an energy on which to navigate.
With that, we glimpse a powerful and personal seed that serves both to strengthen the self and to have a first base that, after the workshop, allows to face a creation with good and own tools. It is not necessary to arrive with prompt ideas, since during the workshop you will wake up everything.
The workshop will be carried out through musical tools, physical theater and different creative processes.

Our proposal consists of the following parts, being able to deepen in the points in which the group decides to deepen:
In the beginning, through dynamics of maximum sensitivity we will take each participant to a genuine state of openness and vulnerability. We believe that in this way each individual and the group will reach a base state for the following stages, being able to identify where each one is, with himself/herself and with the group.
Then from dynamics provided by the facilitators, we will work with the creative moment of each participant, seeking to reach the end of the process with a scenic material. This will not be a finished work but a genuine seed on which each one will be able to deepen, continuing with his/her personal investigations.
WORKING TIME
The workshop is carried out in a process of four days of three hours each day (it can be extended according to the needs of each group). We aim to ensure that work is not only during the three hours of each day, but that it continues in the daily routine, to be attentive, to be awake to the fact that each moment can be a signal for work.

Minimum 8, maximum 16
SPACE NEEDS
Enough space for 16 participants to lie on the floor and to move comfortably.
MATERIALS
6 sticks of 1m long will be used
