AFRICAN TOUR
OCTOBER 2019 - JANUARY 2020
"We know that this distance that connects us today, is full of pain, disrespect, betrayal, violence, deception and death.
Moreover, we are aware that it was caused partly by our grandparents, their own grandparents and even ourselves; given that we continue to repeat the same behaviour, at times knowingly while other times unknowingly, which widens the rift that divides us.
Today we come to ask for your forgiveness, to reach out and to pay heed to the dialogue, because if there still exists a possibility that one day we could walk as equals, with mutual respect and admiration, trust us to create a new world full of freedom, love and joy starting now."

THE TOUR
For 3 months the company toured the African continent for the first time. It was 2 months in Egypt where we led a creative process with 20 professional and non-professional actors and actresses within the framework of the Red Nose Day Festival organized by the Jesuit Cultural Center of Alexandria performing at a Center for Refugee Children and Women from Sudan, Somalia and Syria, in the Jesuit Cultural Center and in a juvenile prison. We also work in the small village of Bayadeyah, Luxor, Cairo and with the Bedouin-Tarabin communities in the Sinai desert.
For more than a month we toured Kenya where we carried out an exchange with the Smiles for a Change Hospital Clown Project and with the Sarakasi Trust circus company in Nairobi and we lived for 21 days with the Masaai community of Mossiro.
